@Cara Sweet We have had three nannies since Catherine was born in 2016 and have really appreciated 1) them being in our home and 2) the fact that when one is sick, we don't lose childcare (As so many of our friends do when they used daycare for childcare). But it is expensive, very hard to find (and keep) someone good, and means someone else is always in your home, which is particularly hard for my husband who works from home.
