Texas Attorney for Trustee/Inquiry re Deed of Trust
April 14, 2022 Listserv Request: I am looking for a Texas attorney that I may arrange to act as Trustee for a Deed of Trust for a property near San Padre Island.
I 'm trying to generate a Deed of Trust for Texas property and the Texas statutes, which I read, are quite different. We all know Colorado is the only state with Public Trustees, but there are other rules too - such as who can act as Trustee or not. Does anyone know of a Texas attorney worst case I can just ask questions?
