Referral for attorney (low-bono) to assist with non-profit filing/start-up advising
REQUEST: A friend of mine is interested in working with an attorney willing to provide low bono or pro bono legal or consultation services to assist him in starting his non-profit organization, including filing for 501(c)(3) status.
