Discussion Continued: New and Expectant Mothers CLE

Practicing law as a new and expecting mother brings its own set of challenges. On March 25, 2021, the CWBA is partnering with CBA Young Lawyers Division to discuss challenges and lessons learned as part of its Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (CEI) TEDTalk-Style CLE. We encourage our members to continue the discussion, share their experiences and provide tips to other members.

Services for students with disabilities

The U.S. Dept. of Education has published some guidance about this topic, which is available at: https://sites.ed.gov/idea/
