If you are interested in participating in this selection, our first book is White Fragility by Robin DiAngelo. Please check out the book club rules in an earlier post.
I'll post discussion questions and other resources on the topic of white fragility here in the forum. Feel free to consume as much or as little as you'd like. We will set up a Zoom call the first week of August to discuss the book and what we've learned or unlearned. Enjoy the book!
Support Black authors by reading some of their work (and hit your 2021 reading goals in the process): https://electricliterature.com/44-books-by-women-of-color-to-read-in-2021/
Here are some additional resources if you are interested in continuing your unlearning journey (feel free to post others so we can all benefit). It also includes links shared during our zoom meeting. I appreciate everyone who joined us. Thank you!

I've included an article from today about our book.

Also, some Black educators challenge Robin DiAngelo's book and "attempts to educate" because Robin is white and they feel she is profiting off of their Black experience (obviously an experience she can't fully understand/describe). What are your thoughts on that?
