Americans with Disabilities Act / Individuals with Disabilities Education Act

REQUEST: I'm seeking the assistance of an attorney to help defend a high school student through the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act / Americans with Disabilities Act. The student is on an IEP but the school is out of compliance with following policy, which has vastly contributed to the student's mental health. I have spoken with several educational advocates, and they all recommend we hire an attorney to launch an investigation at the high school.
